Refund policy

The 15-day return policy described below applies only to international orders; domestic Indian orders are not eligible for returns.

Return Policy Overview

  • International customers have 15 days from receiving their item to request a return.

  • Only items in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging are eligible.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting mastanijewellery@gmail.com. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Domestic (Indian Market) Orders

  • Domestic orders within India are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Only orders shipped outside India (international markets) are eligible for returns under this policy.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order when received and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items to resolve the issue.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchange Process

  • Return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement once the return is accepted.

Refunds

  • Once the return is inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
