Refund policy
The 15-day return policy described below applies only to international orders; domestic Indian orders are not eligible for returns.
Return Policy Overview

International customers have 15 days from receiving their item to request a return.

Only items in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging are eligible.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns must be initiated by contacting mastanijewellery@gmail.com. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Domestic (Indian Market) Orders

Domestic orders within India are not eligible for return or exchange.

Only orders shipped outside India (international markets) are eligible for returns under this policy.
Damages and Issues

Inspect your order when received and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items to resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care products (beauty items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

Sale items and gift cards
Exchange Process

Return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement once the return is accepted.
Refunds

Once the return is inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
